While we’ve been around for 12 years, we continue to retain a ‘startup’ culture of innovation. Meet the team

Tracy Williams

General Manager

Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge to myprosperity with multiple senior transformational roles in financial services, including over 25 years as a chartered accountant. Most recently, she has come from her role as the General Manager of NowInfinity, part of Class and the HUB24 Group. Tracy has played an instrumental role in NowInfinity’s growth, and her leadership has excelled within professional service firms and the SMSF fintech arena.

Lydia Pearson

Head of Growth Solutions

With over three decades of experience in financial services, Lydia has excelled in sales, technical service, relationship management, and strategic partnerships. She has held senior positions at prominent businesses including Colonial First State and CommSec. Lydia joined the HUB24 Group in 2019, where she led the Victorian Distribution Team. After a brief tenure at a boutique investment management firm, she returned to the HUB24 Group as the Head of Growth Solutions for myprosperity, overseeing sales & account management. Lydia is passionate about delighting partners, and driving positive outcomes for myprosperity, our clients and our team.

Karen Kairouz

National Training Manager

Originally hailing from the land of the maple leaf (Canada), Karen completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University before moving into accounting and financial planning for over a decade. Karen spent 8 years with Banklink and then MYOB in a senior consulting role helping firms move clients to cloud-based systems. Karen has helped build myprosperity to what it is today, having joined in 2016. She assists clients with onboarding, training and customer satisfaction and has a great team behind her.

Liam Clancy

Head of Technology

Liam has over a decade of experience in innovative software delivery across industries including sporting, hospitality and SaaS. Liam brings his strong background in building high-performing engineering teams and integrating legacy systems with modern platforms along with his passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems to the myprosperity team.

Shelly Sklenar

Strategic Operations Manager

Shelly is an accomplished professional with a robust background in SaaS building her career with industry leaders, most recently at Go1. Throughout her career she has developed expertise in sales, account management, enablement, operations and strategic partnerships. Shelly combines her diverse experience with a customer first approach to deliver impactful strategies and is passionate about creating lasting value for myprosperity, our clients and our team.

Siobhan Donovan

Marketing Manager

Siobhan has over 20 years of marketing experience in Australia and the UK working across tech, finance, insurance, retail, government and educational sectors. Whilst at GMHBA Health Insurance, Siobhan led the marketing for the inception and brand management of Frank Health Insurance along with project managing the industry’s first white-labelled health insurance. Siobhan brings her extensive all-round marketing and communications experience to assist the innovative team at myprosperity.
