Welcome to the October edition of the myprosperity update! It has been a milestone month for the company and as many of you would know, this is my final update as CEO. From today, I am passing on the CEO baton to my talented colleague, Stephen Jackel. Our partner numbers now exceed 650 and on the people front, we are now at 43 staff. I am extremely proud of what the company has achieved to date and I am looking forward to working with the board as we enter our next phase of growth.

The report also found more than half of customers believe the digital experience still needs improvement. We have made some big upgrades to our infrastructure over the past few weeks to improve the platform’s stability, performance and speed. Our development team have worked around-the-clock to rewire parts of the platform and upgrade the stability of our data feeds. Specifically, we have migrated all production data onto completely new architecture in our cloud provider (AWS) and migrated approximately 75,000 data feeds via our API provider (Yodlee).
Kwidz – Now live!
Our new financial app for kids, Kwidz, has just launched today! Kwidz is a great tool to help your clients build their children’s financial literacy and demonstrate the value of your advisory services to the next generation. Digital Fact Find – Coming soon!
We’re gearing up to launch the upgraded digital fact find and the wait is nearly over! Soon, partners will be able to automate the entire fact find process for their clients using the new wizard in the wealth portal. We know that time-saving efficiencies are a key focus for our partners, and we’re excited to bring you a tool that gives you more time to focus on the areas that matter to your clients.
